We'll consult with you and explain our services in full detail, assess if your home is a good fit for our clients, and discuss our fees. When you choose The Renters Retreat to manage your Airbnb short-term rental, we'll present you with a professional management agreement that covers all of our services and our agreed-upon fee. We'll also request access to the property for the initial inspection and housekeeping and to capture photos and other information for your online listing. We know exactly what's needed to get your short-term rental up and running fast so it can start generating revenue.


The Renters Retreat is an A+ BBB-rated full-service cleaning and housekeeping company. Our professional housekeeping services include clean sheets, bed making, complete bathroom cleaning, surface disinfection, vacuuming, light kitchen cleaning, and light dusting. Yes! The Renters Retreat provides guests 24/7 assistance while staying at your luxury Airbnb short-term rental. Our friendly staff will provide directions, knowledge of the local area, sightseeing advice, recommendations for 5-star dining experiences, and anything else they need to make their stay comfortable and memorable.


We'll need suitable photographs, all relevant property details and documentation, and your proof of identification. Documentation required includes your government-issued ID and a complete House Manual, and we'll also need your listing deposit fee. Once these items are in place, your listing can be live on Airbnb in 48 hours or less. If we are handling your photography and have an appointment scheduled, it can take up to 72 hours for the photographer to edit the photos and send us the final ones for the listing. 


Our management fee depends on the property we're managing and its revenue potential. We negotiate a separate management fee with each property owner or host. We will discuss our fee to manage your short-term luxury rental at our initial consultation.

Pet-friendly bookings will be charged a small additional fee to cover the extra cleaning time and the cost of special pet cleaning supplies.

No. The Renters Retreat wants to become your rental partner and earn your trust, not lock you into contracts. We do have a rental agreement you will need to complete and sign that covers the services we will provide in return for your management fee. However, you can cancel your rental agreement with Renters Retreat anytime. To cancel, you'll need to give a 30-day notice and honor the reservations booked at your property in that 30-day window.
